Traustar Logistics operates as a freight brokerage and logistics coordination provider connecting shippers and motor carriers.

Traustar does not operate as a motor carrier for physical transportation unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific service agreement.

Users must provide accurate shipment information including dimensions, weight, commodity details, and required compliance documentation.

Users are responsible for lawful use of services and for maintaining confidentiality of account access credentials.

Traustar Logistics may send SMS or text messages to users who have opted in to receive them. These messages are related to logistics operations, including but not limited to: updates regarding your shipments, deliveries, order status, pickup scheduling, and other service-related notifications.

If you consent to receive text messages from Traustar Logistics, you may receive text messages related to updates regarding your shipments, deliveries, and order status. Messaging frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by texting "STOP." By opting in to SMS communications, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan; (b) messaging frequency may vary based on your shipment activity and service interactions; (c) Traustar Logistics is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier for receiving SMS messages.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message received from Traustar Logistics. Upon opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number.

Traustar is not liable for indirect damages, force majeure impacts, or losses beyond contractually agreed limits.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, unless superseded by a signed agreement.

Any dispute arising from use of these services is subject to applicable jurisdiction and venue under governing law.
